Bristol Corinthians Y.C.

We did the Merlin Rocket Inland Champs (2 days) at BCYC in 2008 and it was a great weekend. The reservoir is pretty big providing all points of sailing with the mendips providing some interesting shifts although it is a elevated which alleviates some of this. We had some great sailing including looming concrete walls because we were enjoying some pretty stonking reaches a bit too much!

The launching/retrieving is a bit dodgy as the perimeter shelves pretty quickly and I'm not the only person to have a bit of a cold shock. They did warn us however.

Good race management & facilities, great catering and very friendly. They even let us camp which was perfect!
